Reservations
Reservations Policy
All rates are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. We accept all major credit cards.
There is a 3-night minimum for all weekends during Early Summer, Early Fall, Holidays and all Long Weekends.
During the Summer period a 3 night minimum will apply with the exception of July 1 to the September long weekend, where preference will be given to weekly stays. Shorter stays may be considered based on availability. Please inquire with us directly.
There is a 2-night minimum all other times.
Rates apply to a maximum of 8 guests. Additional nightly surcharge of $40 per person plus tax will be applied up to a maximum of 10 guest. A maximum of 10 guest are allowed on the property at any time.
One time cleaning fee of $190 plus tax will apply.
50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
No smoking or pets please.
During the Summer Season the heated pool is maintained at 86 degrees.
We provide linens, towels, soaps, paper products and spices.

Cancellation Policy: At all times of the year except for during Summer Season your deposit will be refunded less 10% if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. For weekly stays, during Summer Season your deposit less 10% will be returned if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. After 60 days your deposit will be forfeited.
COVID Cancellation Policy: Your payment will be refunded in full without penalty, if cancelled, right up to your arrival date in the event there is a travel lockdown in Niagara due to COVID.
